Travel from the Indianapolis Airport

Please note: The Indiana University Bloomington campus is located approximately 45 miles southeast of the Indianapolis International Airport (IND). Go Express shuttles run between the Indianapolis International Airport and Bloomington/IU campus, approximately every 2 hours except for late at night. The shuttle drops off at the Indiana Memorial Union (where the Biddle Hotel is), the Hyatt Place Bloomington (the Graduate Hotel is about 3 blocks away from the Hyatt), and the Wilkie Dormitory. The trip typically takes 60 – 90 minutes, please factor this in as you plan your arrival and departure.

Housing

The majority of conference sessions will take place at the Indiana Memorial Union (IMU) on the campus of Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. The discounted group rates are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Make your plans early!

Expect to automatically receive email confirmation of your hotel cancellation if you booked within the official RBMS hotel blocks (if you do not see an email by April 8, 2020, please call your hotel to confirm).
