Choose Your Own Adventure: RBMS Bar Crawl

Want a taste of the Iowa City night life before starting your full conference experience? Join us for an RBMS-style Bar Crawl. We’ll depart on foot from the Sheraton lobby at 8pm, and begin the evening with class (fried food included) at the Clinton Street Social Club, then work our way down both literally and figuratively to the aptly-named Dublin Underground. Afterward, night owls are encouraged to trek over to the Fox Head Tavern, the favorite bar of generations of Iowa City writers. Hungry omnivores may want to stop by George’s on the way to the Fox Head for their legendary late night burgers.
By the way- taxis are plentiful in Iowa City.
$15. Registration is limited to 40 people. Unfortunately, these bars are not ADA-compliant.
