The New York Times<\/em> named New Orleans the number one place to visit<\/a> in the world in 2018 in no small part because of the world-class cuisine<\/a> found here. There are hundreds of great restaurants to choose from and the options can be overwhelming. Hopefully you will enjoy great meals wherever you go, but here are a few resources to help you no matter what you are hungry for.<\/p>\n

New Orleans has an official travel site with a helpful searchable database of restaurants<\/a>. Search by neighborhood, cuisine or price range to find some great options no matter where you are.<\/p>\n

To eat like a New Orleanian, take a look at a local food critic\u2019s 2018 Dining Guide<\/a>\u00a0and the \u201cessential\u201d restaurants<\/a> this season, including vegetarian and vegan options<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The national media<\/a> also has thoughts about where to eat<\/a>\u00a0and drink<\/a>.<\/p>\n
