The use of the word inclusion has exploded within libraries, archives, and museums, but how does this translate into our work, or rather, how can we create inclusive environments from where we stand within an organization? This seminar seeks to share ways of making our work more inclusive from where we are and seeks to identify and teach attendees how special collections can foster values of diversity, inclusion, and social justice throughout all aspects of our work.
